Re-locating to south of France before this summer looking for preferably a 2 bedroom apartment for long term rental min 1 – 2 years, preferably close to Nice, but would consider other areas in Provence, place doesn’t have to be immaculate, we are happy to do some work on the property as we go along in exchange for reasonable rental prices (i.e. Painting & Decorating, etc..), ideally would love to be close to the beach or a swimming pool as I am a keen swimmer, and must have parking availability near by.

Also will be looking for any available work, bar, hotel, office, internet based, driving even fruit picking would be considered. We have loads of experience in the leisure & tourism trade and hospitality industries, but are also both very computer literate, accounting, secretarial, basic web design & sales, importing & exporting, outdoor activities. Anything considered, the more interesting the better.
