The two flats are located in a house built in 1872. The main features of its architecture are spacious and luminous rooms due to high ceilings and large windows. The house is surrounded by a nice garden full of flowers, fruit trees and tasty strawberries.
 

The house is functional. The central heating supplies the radiators in the two flats. Each radiator has a thermostatic valve to control the temperature. The electric current is earthed in every flat to warrant the security of our customers. We have got the conformity attestation from the CONSUEL (French national committee for the security in electrical use).
 

The house is located 300 m from the village centre in a quiet residential quarter named Le Serveray. Thanks to this proximity you can reach easily the shops and services concentrated in the village centre. The central situation of the house gives you the opportunity to reach quickly the ski lifts during the winter and the swimming-pool and tennis courts during the summer.
