French doors lead onto a very private decked patio with BBQ and garden furniture.

The delightful kitchen / dining room is open plan; the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave.

The main bedroom is on the 'L' shaped mezzanine floor.

There is also a double bed-settee which can be divided off by a full sized screen.

The bathroom has a hand basin, toilet and shower.

Les Verchers is a tiny village, but happily boasts a boulangerie serving scrummy cakes and breads, you will be served by a very friendly and completely French only speaking lady who will happily give you whatever you point to.

There is a huge supermaket....SuperU just five minutes away where you can buy everything you could possibly want from petrol to wine to cheese!
