Take a break in this beautiful villa located in the village of La Capelle near Uzes (12k) and 30k from Avignon.

Kitchen - part of the living room. 4 vitro-ceramic cooking plates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combined micro wave oven, toaster, coffee machine, gourmet set, electric water kettle, etc.
The three bedrooms - all have a double bed, wardrobe, build-in closet, side tables.
Bathroom - completely furnished, bathtub, bidet, separate shower , washing table.
Conservatory - Opens completely. There is a clic-clac bed, rotan arm chairs, iron chairs and small table.
Grounds - surround the property of 2500 sq mtrs which is completely fenced. The terrace (35 sq mtrs) offers a splendid view of the garden and the surroundings as well as the Cévennes in the distance (40 km). There is also garden furniture in teakwood and a BBQ.
Garage - for two small cars, washing machine and dryer.
Alarm system and automatic entrance gate.
Fuel central heating so ideal for the winter months, radiators in all rooms.

L'Atelier
du Soulondre is
situated in Lodeve town, but in a very quiet little street with no
noise. Five minutes walk takes you to the town centre one way, five minutes
walk takes you into the woods the other way.
The house is on two floors, with most of the bedrooms on garden level.
The little river Soulondre flows by the garden wall and the 12th century cathedral can be seen from the garden.
Double ensuite rooms are available, as are twin and single rooms.
Meals are taken "en famille"
(bookings for dinner please the day before) with prices from 32€/£22 for a single room. (inc breakfast).
Lodeve is renowned for it's Museum which hosts a different art exhibition each year, with very well known painters. It is also a very old town with beautiful architecture and many bridges on its two rivers. Ten minutes drive away is Lake Salagou and marked walking trails are everywhere. There is an inexhaustible amount of history to be found in the area. Half an hours drive south takes you to the Mediterranean beaches.
If the fancy takes you, you can also take art lessons with David, a professional artist. www.paintfrance.com is the website to visit.

Chambres d'Hôtes and Gite rental close to the heart of Pézenas
We welcome you into the warmth of L'Orée des Vignes, where you will discover a relaxed and peaceful retreat tucked away amongst the vineyards on the outskirts of historic Pezenas. Set in a quiet leafy lane, our accommodation is only a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the heart of the old town with its cobbled streets of restaurants and cafés, metiers' studios and galleries, boutiques and shops.

breakfast accommodation in our rural old stone-built home. A
ll
bed rooms are on the first floor and have en-suite facilities of shower,
washbasin and toilet, each has a hairdryer and a hospitality tray for making tea
and coffee.
Breakfast in our light and airy dining room overlooking the patio, swimming pool (10m x 5m) and large garden. As we are open all year, all of our rooms have central heating for the winter months. There is ample safe parking close to the house.
'Petite L'Orée des Vignes' - gite rental - Self Catering for 6
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with
twin single beds, and a pine wood mezzanine housing a further two single beds.
The large, bright living space, with dining area and comfortable lounge seating,
is tiled throughout and opens, through large sliding glass doors, onto the
gite's south facing patio area with table and chairs.
There
is a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer
and a shower room with toilet and washbasin. Little extras include a television
for use with DVD and video players, CD/cassette/radio player, fans and a
hairdryer. Cot and high-chair available at no extra charge. In the garden, close
to the pool are 4 sun-loungers.
Other facilities include use of a washing machine and drying lines, barbecue, plus safe parking within the grounds. The gite is well insulated and double glazed to help it keep cool inside.
“Les Mûriers” - self catering gite-apartment
Our delightful, first floor, self catering apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one twin and one double, and each has the luxury of it's own en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin and the little personal touch of a hairdryer.

has its own private access stairs and
south facing terrace with a wonderful view across the garden and on over the
vineyards to, on clear days, a backdrop of the mountains of the Espinouse.
From
the terrace, there are large glass sliding doors into the lounge/living area
with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped
corner kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle.
There is also a television for use with video and DVDs, a CD/radio player, electric fans and, for the winter months, central heating in all rooms.
L’Orée des Vignes is on the north-eastern side of Pezenas and easy to find. Detailed directions will be given at the time of booking. Ideally located for fly drive holidays,being within 90 minute drive of 5 airports in the South of France which are served by low cost airlines and Pezenas makes a perfect base for house-hunting or holidaying and discovering all that the beautiful Languedoc/Roussillon region has to offer. The closest Mediterranean beaches are only 25km away at Cap d'Agde and at Vias Plage.

Transportation:
Fly into Perpignan (25 min drive), Montpellier (1.5 hour drive) or Barcelona (2 hrs drive). Rent a car at the airport. Argelès has a local train station near the house. Your villa has a garage if you do rent a small car, or parking is easy in the village. Or the local Argelès “mini train” runs all year for easy access between town and beach (and often free!).

you are steps from everything you need and just a peaceful 20 minute walk to the
sea!
