There is also garden furniture in teakwood and a BBQ.

Fuel central heating so ideal for the winter months, radiators in all rooms.

Le Moulin Haut is a magnificent fully restored country house located in Villeneuvette, Clermont l'Herault area.
Offering 350 m2 of living space with five bedrooms and sleeping seven people.
The main property is private but not isolated and the small, quaint village is just up the road.
The living room has a fireplace and living area to
seat 10 people and the dining area can also seat 10.
There are two bathrooms and two shower rooms. The main bathroom has a toilet bath with shower, shower enclosure and jacuzzi. The second bathroom has toilet, bath and shower, bathroom three has shower and bathroom four has toilet and shower.
Hot water is unlimited as the house has its own warm water heating system.
There are five bedrooms - bedroom one has an extra large double bed, bedroom two has one large double bed, bedroom three, four and five have one single bed in each room.
There is satellite tv or cable, video player, radio, dvd, stereo system, cd and audio tape player.
Internet via broadband is available along with a computer and telephone.

The property is suitable for the
elderly or infirm.
Montpellier is 40 k and the nearest motorway is at Lodeve 6 k. Nearest beach is 30 k.
